Your GDPR rights

How to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Contacting the controller

Email support@lapchecker.pl describing your request. Do not send national identification numbers or identity document copies unless demonstrably necessary.

2. Access, correction and erasure

You may ask for access to personal data, correction or erasure when the relevant legal requirements are met. Erasure is not absolute, for example when statutory retention or legal claims apply.

3. Objection and restriction

Depending on circumstances you may object to legitimate-interest processing, request restriction, or exercise data portability in eligible situations.

4. Timing and complaints

We normally respond without undue delay and within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions. You may file a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority: uodo.gov.pl.

5. Your local information

Language, theme and favourite model settings are kept principally in your own browser and can be cleared locally. We do not operate a central personal profile of these preferences.
