Advertising and affiliate links

1. Current status

There are currently no active paid affiliate links or AdSense ads on LapChecker. A retailer link may point only to the source of a recorded historical price.

2. Future business model

We may later receive commissions for qualifying purchases made via clearly labelled affiliate links, without an added charge to the buyer merely because of the affiliate link.

Paid recommendations and sponsored content will be visibly identified next to the relevant material, not merely mentioned in the terms.

3. Integrity of results

Always verify live prices and inventory with the retailer. Hardware matching rules are intended to remain separate from the commission amount. Any commercial ranking preference must be disclosed if introduced.

4. Tracking and privacy

There are no additional advertising pixels at present. Any future non-essential affiliate device tracking will be reviewed, blocked pending required consent and disclosed in the updated privacy documents.
